International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery time is 8 business days.
Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes
based on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped which can take approx 3 working days, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Returns & Refunds

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process you credit to use in the store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. If approved, your credit will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your account on the website.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
